We are told from a young age that we need to take vitamins. And most concerned with their health do address this area.  But as with most other health issues we leave the technical stuff to the “experts” so we make our best guess as to which ones fit our needs.

But let’s consider our choice from another view point.

Septic System pampers, those guys who get to empty those things.  Pump them out then dump them on plowed fields. Those same fields that veggies are grown on. I’ve seen this happen here in Minnesota.  It’s my understanding that at least some states now require  these guys to  pump it out through a screen to catch all those undesolved vitamin capsule because they are not environmentally compatible.  If this is so, a shorter route would be to just buy the bottle and toss it. Or better still take the 25-30 dollars and go to a good movie.

Another good point to raise is the fact that to get a good supplement that will help the body build health the minerals used need to be properly harvested and then properly processed. A good homeopath can direct you to others I’m sure but this give you a great avenue to good supplements as well as a variety of good Teas.

Good all natural Tea’s are a great substitute for coffee.  And a very good way to flood your system with minerals and supplements that begin to cleanse the body. It should be a daily part of your  fight to remove Toxins from your body.

            As stated before Each of these efforts is yet another tool, however small you may think it is a good solid strike against your health issues .
