1cup 3/4 cup minus 1/4 cup Or Plus 4 Tbsp Plus 1/4 Tbsp
1/2 cup 6 Tbsp minus 2 Tbsp Or Plus 2 Tbsp Plus 1/8 Tbsp
1/3 cup 1/4 cup minus 1 2/2 Tbsp Or Plus 1 1/ 2 Tbsp Plus 1 1/2 Tbsp
1/4 cup 3 Tbsp minus 1 Tbsp Or Plus 1 Tbsp Plus 1 1/16 Tbsp
Hint: Cook cakes and other baked goods made with honey on low temp.
Hint: Honey will soften cookie batters. If you want crisp cookies, add 4 Tbsp of flour for each 3/4 cup honey used.
  Wheat Flour for White Flour Substitution  
  1 cup minus 2 Tbsp whole Wheat Flour = 1 cup White Flour.  
  If using baking Powder or soda, increase by 1/3: if using yeast, double the yeast.  
  Whole Wheat pastry Flour for White flour Substitution  
  Pack pastry flour into measuring cup: Use 1 pastry four for 1 cup white flour.
